What to expect when booking with me

Your wedding morning will be calm, organised, and full of excitement this is my job is to help make that happen. Here’s a guide to what you can expect from the moment you enquire to the moment you walk down the aisle.

Initial Enquiry

When you first reach out, you’ll be directed to an enquiry form where you can provide the key details I need to check availability and create an accurate quote. This includes your wedding date, ceremony time, venue or locations, the number of people requiring makeup and/or hair, and any special requests or add‑ons. Once I have your completed form, I’ll confirm availability and send over your personalised quote.

Securing Your Date

To reserve your wedding date, a non‑refundable booking fee is required, and once this is paid your date is fully secured in my diary. You’ll then receive your booking confirmation, full terms and conditions, a welcome guide outlining the next steps, and access to the bridal porthole area launching in late 2026/early2027(this is new). This process ensures everything is clear, organised, and completely stress‑free from the very beginning.

 Your Bridal Rehearsal

Your trial is where the magic truly begins. It usually happens 8–12 weeks before the wedding, but can be scheduled earlier if you prefer. During your bridal trial, we’ll chat about your vision, theme, dress, and personal style, then look through inspiration photos together to guide the direction of your look. I’ll assess your skin type, hair texture, and any specific concerns before creating your bespoke bridal style, making tweaks along the way until you feel completely confident. I’ll also take notes and photos to ensure your final look is perfectly recreated on the big day, and you’ll receive a full skin‑prep guide as a PDF to help you prepare in the lead‑up to your trial and wedding.

Pre‑Wedding Communication

In the weeks leading up to your wedding, I’ll stay in touch to make sure everything is running smoothly, providing you with a detailed wedding‑morning schedule, individual timings for each person, helpful tips for skin and hair prep, and a checklist of what to have ready on the day. With everything clearly laid out, you’ll always know exactly what’s happening and when.

The Wedding Morning

On the big day, I arrive with plenty of time to set up and create a calm, enjoyable atmosphere. You can look forward to a relaxed, well‑paced morning, professional, long‑lasting makeup and hair, and a friendly, supportive presence. I’ll be there for touch‑ups before you step into your dress, help you into it if needed, and assist with placement, accessories, and those final details. My aim is to make you feel beautiful, confident, and completely at ease.

After You’re Ready

Before I head out, I’ll ensure your lipstick is fresh, your hair is perfectly in place, you have everything you need for the rest of the day, and your bridal party is looking flawless. If you’ve booked extra services like touch‑ups or a second look, I’ll remain on‑site as planned

ongoing support.

Even after the wedding, I’m available for anything you need—whether it’s recommendations for products I’ve used, advice for future events, or bookings for anniversaries, parties, or photoshoots. Many brides come back for special occasions, and it’s always a joy to see them again.
